Successful, but still not feeling satisfied/balanced?
Know what to do, but can’t seem to get motivated or not sure how?
Too many choices with too little information and having trouble deciding?
Conflicting advice and having difficulty sorting it out?
Feeling a lack of direction?
Consider approaching someone in your life that you trust who will help you think through your goals, strategies, alternatives and skills. That individual should be encouraging, objective and facilitate your choices rather than imposing his/her own ideas.
If someone like that is not readily available to you, you may want to consider hiring a coach.
During the first month, I will guide you through making an overall assessment of the different areas of your life: work, finances, relationships, health, environment, health, fun, creativity, and inner growth. You will choose some goals that will be the basis of our ongoing discussions.
We will normally meet regularly to discuss strategies, assess progresss, talk through difficult decisions, and practice skills. The process is highly tailored to you as an individual.
Help you set better goals and then reach those goals.
Objectively analyze alternatives.
Encourage you to do more than you would have done on their own.
Help you to focus better so as to produce results more quickly.
Provide the tools, support and structure to accomplish more.
Recognize counterproductive choices and patterns than you would otherwise be likely to do.
